Matt has been involved in the financial services industry for the past 19 years, has experience in accountancy, business services and finance as well as hands-on farming and grazing experience. Drawing on these experiences, Matt is able to provide high-level strategic financial solutions for his clients. Matt is a Certified Financial Planner as well as a qualified Chartered Accountant (Financial Planning Specialist) and an Agricultural Business Management graduate of Marcus Oldham College.

Matt has an active interest in Value Investing and has attended Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger’s Berkshire Hathaway AGM in Omaha Nebraska as well as the Value Investors Congress in Pasadena LA. Matt enjoys spending time with his family, tennis, golf, gardening, cooking and watching “good old Collingwood”.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration, a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning, and meets the competency requirements under ASIC’s Regulatory Guide RG 146.

Matt is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia, and abides by their code of professional conduct and ethics.
